By using CramPad, you agree to use the platform for lawful and academically honest learning purposes.

CramPad provides note-based study tools, quizzes, flashcards, and AI-assisted learning support. We do not guarantee exam outcomes or error-free AI output.

Accounts that misuse the platform, violate policies, or harm other users may be restricted or removed.

CramPad is paid-only. Access to learning features begins after sign-in and plan selection.

Plan prices and billing intervals are shown during checkout. Prices can change in the future with notice.

Payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

You can change plans from your account billing section. Upgrade timing and billing behavior follow checkout rules shown at the time of purchase.

Cancellation stops future renewal and takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless stated otherwise.

We collect account details (email, display name, sign-in metadata), study content you provide, and usage diagnostics required to run the service safely and reliably.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers required for authentication, payments, infrastructure, analytics, and AI features that you explicitly use.
