- How do credits work? Every paid action draws from one pool — see /pricing for the rates.
- How do I cancel? Billing → Cancel. Access continues until cycle end. No refund for unused time.
- Refund policy? No refunds on prorated time. Disputed charges handled on a case-by-case basis via email.
- I need a GST invoice. Billing → Transactions → Download. All invoices issued under KriyaXlabs Pvt. Ltd.
