1. Who you're dealing with
Crampad is operated by KriyaXlabs Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India. When you pay us, your invoice is issued by KriyaXlabs.
2. Your content
You upload your own study material. You keep ownership. We process it with third-party AI (Google Gemini family) to generate modules, quizzes, flashcards, images, video, and audio. We don't train models on your content.
3. Subscription & credits
Plans renew monthly. Credits reset each cycle and do not roll over. Top-up credits expire at the end of the current cycle. Upgrades reset your cycle and grant the new plan's credits today; old subscription credits are revoked at the moment of plan change. Downgrades require cancelling and re-subscribing at cycle end.
4. Refunds
No refunds for unused time on a cancelled or downgraded plan. Failed payments and clear duplicate charges are reviewed case-by-case via support@crampad.com.
5. Free tier
Free accounts get one of each (note, tutor session, quiz, flashcards). Content stays visible for 37 days; without a paid plan or Save My Notes pass, it's auto-deleted on day 38.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the service for illegal content, hate, harassment, or attempts to extract our system prompts. Repeated abuse → account suspension.
7. Limitation of liability
Crampad is provided "as is". We're not responsible for AI inaccuracy in generated content — always verify exam-relevant claims against authoritative sources.
