Priced against what it replaces — not against what we could charge.
A school's budget is finite. Its obligations are not. So we did the unglamorous thing and priced Crampad against the stack it takes off your desk — then made every role except the student free, and put the whole platform on one per-student line.
We will not publish a number here, because the honest one depends on your size, your board and what you actually switch on. What we will say is this: no school has yet told us we were the expensive option.
What you are billed for
800 student seats. That is the whole line. Teacher, parent and admin accounts are not counted, at any size.

Prefilled chapter content, quizzes and flashcards inside the same login as attendance and homework.
A question-paper vendor
A question paper builder over an approved bank, plus timed online tests and test series with rank.
A bulk SMS / WhatsApp gateway
Announcements, notices, diary and two-way chat — email, WhatsApp and SMS, addressed by class or by child.
A standalone fee collection tool
Fee structures, receipts, dues and online payment by the parent, reconciled against the same student record.
Hours of teacher time each week
AI lesson planning, AI-generated worksheets, and auto-grading of handwritten answer sheets against the teacher's own reference.
Front-office phone calls
Parents see attendance, marks, homework and absence alerts for their own child, the moment they are recorded.

Even the entry plan runs the whole school. The tiers differ in how much AI you use and how far the operations modules go — never in whether the basics work.

We set up classes and onboard your staff and parents as part of going live.
Hardware
None. It runs on the phones and computers your school already has.
Ad revenue
There is no advertising in any Crampad app, and no tracking that would enable it.
Billed annually, inclusive of GST, on a proper tax invoice — because a school finance office should never have to explain a Crampad line item twice.
